Where do you ship and how fast will my order arrive?

We ship across the United States from our fulfillment center in San Diego. Standard shipping usually arrives in 3–5 business days; expedited options are available at checkout. Your order takes 1-2 days to process then you’ll get a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Can I return or exchange something?

Yes — we make returns and exchanges easy. If your socks, boxers, or scarves aren’t the perfect fit, start a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items should be unworn and in original packaging. Head to our Returns page or email support and we’ll send a prepaid label and next steps.

How does my purchase support wildlife conservation?

Every product page lists the exact conservation partner and the tangible outcome per purchase. A portion of each sale funds real verified charitable projects protecting endangered animals — we’ll also send impact updates so you can see that your support is well spent.

I want to buy for my team, gift bags, or a pop-up — do you offer bulk orders or wholesale?

Yes. We do bundle discounts and small-batch wholesale for pop-ups, corporate gifts, and events. Email our partnerships team with your event date, quantities, and product preferences and we’ll reply with pricing, lead times, and sample options.

My order shows delivered but I don’t have it — what now?

First check with neighbors or building management (packages sometimes get left nearby). If you still can’t locate it, email support with your order number and tracking info. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and work with you on a replacement or refund depending on the outcome.
